Designer+ ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Prompts and Photos: When you generate a 3D model, your text prompt and any attached photos are sent to our cloud proxy, which forwards them to Google's Gemini API for processing. We do not store your prompts, photos, or generated models on our servers. They are processed in real-time and discarded.
Device Identifier: We use an anonymous, app-specific device identifier to enforce rate limiting. This identifier cannot be used to identify you personally and is not shared with third parties.
Generated Models: All 3D models, exported files, and saved parts are stored locally on your device. We never have access to them.
Google Gemini API: Text prompts and photos are processed by Google's Gemini API. Google's privacy policy applies to their processing of this data. Visit Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Apple: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's privacy policy governs these transactions.
The app requests access to your camera and photo library solely to let you photograph sketches or objects for 3D model generation. Photos are sent to the AI service for processing and are not stored by us.
Designer+ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
