By downloading or using Designer+ ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Designer+ is an AI-powered tool that generates 3D CAD models from text descriptions and photographs. You may use the app for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any prompts, photos, and 3D models you create using Designer+. We do not claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any reference photos you provide.

AI-Generated Output

Models generated by Designer+ are created using artificial intelligence and may not be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for verifying the suitability of any generated model for your intended use, especially for engineering, structural, or safety-critical applications. Designer+ is provided as a design aid, not a replacement for professional engineering review.

Subscription

• Designer+ offers free designs for new users.
• After free designs are used, a subscription is required to continue generating models. See the App Store listing for current pricing.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscription prices may change at any time. Current pricing is always shown in the App Store and within the app before purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Rate Limits

To ensure fair usage, the app limits generation requests to 20 per 10-minute window. Excessive or automated usage may result in temporary restrictions.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the app to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Circumvent rate limits or subscription requirements
• Resell or redistribute the app or its services

Disclaimer of Warranties

Designer+ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that models will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use generated models at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designer+ and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
